Michelle has recently joined our Melbourne office as a Manager, Climate Change and Sustainability. Michelle’s passion for sustainability has been fostered across environmental and social roles in the private and not-for-profit sectors. She is experienced in climate risk assessments and associated mitigation plans, decarbonisation and offsetting strategies, reduction target setting and general sustainability guidance on packaging, raw materials and supply chains.
Her recent experience with Aesop, focused on GHG value chain measurement, science based target setting, emission reduction, carbon neutral certifications and collaborating on climate action with other global personal care brands in the Natura &Co group.
Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy) & Science (Ecology) from University of New South Wales and a Master of Environment (Environmental Science) from Melbourne University.
Outside of work Michelle is at Body-Fit, golf lessons or enjoying the latest crime novel.
