Lou Opie brings a wealth of experience in senior executive roles with large, mid cap and start up organisations, in Australia and internationally, implementing strategy, growth and transformational change agendas. Predominantly leading professional and financial services firms, Lou also brings experience in the health, real estate, logistics, manufacturing, retail, agriculture and charity sectors. With a Bachelor of Business and a Chartered Accountant, Lou has spent her 30 year career gaining diverse, global experience with high profile companies of varying sizes and industries, taking them through significant change to help them reach their full potential and ensuring they operate under best practice governance and operational frameworks. Extensive experience managing all functional areas of businesses, Lou enjoys a dynamic environment. She has a “can do” attitude, takes a hands on approach, believing anything is possible; a strategic thinker with an enquiring mind, embracing people diversity, different views and the synergies that harnessing these creates.
