Ester Adler joins Point Advisory in Sydney

Ester is a Manager in Point Advisory’s Sydney office, with a focus on climate change and sustainability services. She manages the firm’s efforts in the areas of sustainability reporting assurance, environmental and greenhouse gas assurance engagements, and natural capital projects.

She has a keen interest in helping organisations accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy while increasing their resilience and creating positive impacts.

Ester holds a Master degree in Business Engineering from the University of Brussels, a certificate in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leaders (CISL) and the FSA Credential from the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB).

She has over seven years’ experience in financial audit at EY (Ernst & Young) and has worked with a variety of clients and industries in Sydney and Brussels. Her largest engagements were in the Media and Entertainment, Consumer Products and Construction Materials industries.

Ester has a passion for the environment and a deep interest in climate change. She has volunteered for Earth Hour 2020, the world’s biggest movement to protect our planet, as a campaign and outreach assistant at WWF-Australia. She also recently graduated from EnergyLab’s Women in Clean Energy Fellowship program in Sydney which is a 3-month training program for high potential women leaders.

Outside of work, Ester enjoys yoga, dancing, horse-riding, and other outdoor activities.
