Emma has recently joined our Sydney office as a Manager, Climate Change and Energy. Emma has over 14 years’ experience in the areas of environmental planning, sustainability and climate change management within the private and public sector.
Emma has provided consultancy services for a range of private and public sector clients, providing advice and technical expertise in the areas of GHG accounting and modeling, auditing, NGERS reporting, sustainability strategy development, life cycle assessment, stakeholder consultation and project management. Prior to joining Point Advisory, Emma was working within local government, driving sustainability outcomes, ranging from implementation of site-based sustainability initiatives to providing strategic planning advice on greenfield developments.
Emma is determined and excited to work with clients to develop pathways and strategies to address their specific climate change risks, significantly reduce their GHG emissions, and to identify options for sustainability improvements throughout their organisations. Emma has the expertise and skills to assist clients at any stage of their journey, from developing a baseline and completing annual reporting to formulating strategies and assisting in the delivery of sustainability initiatives.
Emma has a B. Science (Environmental) and a M. Social Science (Environment and Planning).
When Emma is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family at the beach.
