Climate-related risks and opportunities have become an issue for both investors and Boards.
Last year, the G20’s Financial Stability Board’s Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) issued a set of recommendations providing structure and consistency for management and disclosure of climate-related risks. Companies are now looking to implement these recommendations in their reporting frameworks.
In navigating assessment and disclosure of climate- related risks and opportunities, companies will face a number of challenges.
